I Wish For Happy Family

In preparation for last Thanksgiving we started doing “Family Dinner Hands”. At 2 1/2, Molly converted gratefulness into wishfulness. As a result, that Thanksgiving with Granma and Bumpa, Molly wished for ‘Happy Family' (it brought tears to my eyes). 

Since then, our Family Dinner Hands has continued to evolve. As we approach another Thanksgiving, the following is a list of potential wishfulness on any given night:

• A happy supper;
  
• Spiderman hitting fire (?!?!);
  
• No kicking in bed;
  
• Happy breakfast;
  
• A vacuum cleaner with eyes and nose;
  
• A good night sleep;
  
• Barack Obama to be President (it came true!);
  
• A flying monkey; and
  
• Happy family!
