It has been a full three weeks since our last home addition post and a lot has happened. They have finished framing, put on a roof, removed the kitchen, took out the entire back wall of the house, roughed in the electrical and plumbing, and put in the new windows (but don't ask Cheryl about the door). If things go as planned they will start with the insulation and drywall this next week. With the windows in place the addition is starting to feel like a habitable space.
To date, the biggest trauma has been to Cordelia who seems to have developed a stress related skin condition. She gets very worked up managing the construction crew while Cheryl and I are at work. However, I am now the only one in this house not on Prednisone.
